HELLO! its been quite some time since i blogged.(cos nothing interesting happened) TODAY. we had 2 birthday celebrations. It was for my OG mate, Joanne... and my OG leader, Andrea... hehe.. I think showing pics will be better. =)

I'm SUPER bored... my muscles have been aching non-stop for the past week... its kindof cool eh. break 3 records in one week. OH. i haven say the 3rd one yet. Its during canoeing.. AGAIN.

Guess wat. i did 9 pulls ups. heh... not real one la.. got ppl don there to support me.. wahaha. but 9 IS STILL A BIG THING K! some guys cant even do 1?!?!?.. My seniors did 40 FREAKIN PULL UPS !?!! they all damn strong la... wa lao. All very muscular.. ALL have six pegs.. OM*G..

Friday's training was really tough. cos there was wind... and wen there's wind, there's also current! so paddling was much much harder.. and i capsized... dots.. just wen i was about to park my canoe next to shore. i did a sharp turn and it tilted over. SPLASH! mei chin fell into the water.

Btw, i remembered a dragon-boating activity video i have from southeast CDC camp. (hehe.. btw if you wanna know where i was i'm in the front boat, the first row, on the left. =])




Miss you guys mann... really really miss the times we had together especially during the camps!!!

WOOO!! my first canoeing lesson in water! haha... I'm so proud of myself. i didnt capsize the boat. wahaha... It was really really, truly, sincerely fun. i absolutely enjoyed myself. When i first got into the water the paddling was quite messy. Then my senior taught me and my partner the correct way... you dont really use that much arm muscle you know?? its more of the tighs and body. yea... After we mastered that we moved much swifter and easier.. cool eh?? i cant wait to canoe again.
Anywae, the not so happy part of the session is our punishment.. cos some JC2s didnt bring their watch, and someone spilled out vulgarities. so the whole team was made to do 200 freakin push ups. girls style NOT allowed. i couldnt take it.. i could only do like 20?? then luckily my PTI very nice, he said those cannot do crunches. so most of the girls change to crunches. But as we all drop to the position, the captain counted. then how many drop, he added 10 each. so in the end we had to do like 260. =o ya... for those who did crunches, we had to do 3 for every push up they do. but again, the PTI was nice. by the time everyone finished 100 push up, he asked evryone to change to crunches. then we did 100 crunches. so.. I BROKE ANOTHER PERSONAL RECORD!!! 340 CRUNCHES AT ONE GOAL!! AH!!!!!. i'm like gonna have flat tummy lo.. you guys better be jealous. haha.
Okie, thats' about all for today. i haven study my hist test and do my maths tutorial... oh mann... i'm so damn tired..

I absolutely loved today! =)) haha. let's see, it started with PE. We went for a jog round the track then we plan dis ice breaker game. wahaha.. and guess wat, everytime you drop the ball, you have to pump 10 times. so in the end we pumped like 80 times. woo! Amazing rite?? Thats' not the end.. (i'll skip all the lectures and tutorials part cos its boring!)

My first canoeing session was fun ( to me only i guess) We had land training today.. so it was really physically tedious. but i enjoyed it. its because of the constant motivation that i'm burning off calories.. wahaha... the PTI made us do 10 pumps, but the tens pumps was worse then the 80 cos he made us remain in that position for a very long time. before we even started counting my arms were shaking already.. =s.. i bronke my personal record! 90 pumps in one day!! wahaha. oh well, we still got through it. haha.. then the circuit training was crazy too.. run. stop. start jumps. runs. stop. crunches.run.stop... on and on...

The third thing that made my day was me! i was on my way home.. then saw this granny selling tissue. so i gave her 2 dollars. =) i would give more if i could. :)

School's boring.. lectures arent that fun alright... anywae, i forgot to blog about saturday. I helped my Guzheng Centre with their performance at the Victoria concert hall. why meichin didnt perform?? cos she went for a super long holiday and couldnt make it for most of the rehearsals. haha... Wasted sia.. i was so jealous lo.. i cant perform.. can only help out at the backstage.=( Then i did the reception too.. i managed to sell 11 of our CDs! weee!! i'm pro... hahaha... OH well, the whole peroformance was SUPERB. here's a song i recorded. its one of my favourites. =)

Orientation is finally over!! IT's been very tedious but i must admit that we had lots of fun. =)
I made many many new frens in SRJC. My group is really nice.We are calypso1. Btw, if you're wondering wats the whole orientation thing about, the story goes as 5 ships sailing the sevens seas in search for more treasure. they are ARGO, BISMARK, CALYPSO, DEMETER AND EREBUS. those are all names od famous ships.
Throughout the 3 days we played games, did cheers and many other stuff to win points. The cheering was the main thing which gave the points. i dunno why they make it that way. Kindof odd. haha.
I really really enjoyed the whole orientation. But there was one thing that really piss me off. it was bismark. I'm not the only one.. cos from wat i hear, other groups also dont like them. i was quite okay with them until fusion night. they put up a skit. and in th skit, they mocked every single group. how insensitive!! so childish mann... From then i really don like them.
Oh well, there willl always be torns no matter how pretty the rose is. so let them be. i got lots of things to say but i'm too lzy to type. haha.. study curriculum will begin on monday. hhmm.. wonder wat it'll be like....
