In the world.. everyone is insecure =)

I realised that many ppl wan power and status to minimize that insecurity...Hence, wen a board of directors are taking in new chair members, younger, fresher, they tend to upgrade themselves.. for example call themselves 'mentor something something' .. ppl can say.. you don need status to lead wat... but we all know its superficial.. we all need the extra back up to supress our insecurity and its perfrectly normal.. However, wouldnt it be better if the grp of older and more experinced grp can open their minds and except the new ones as part of them rather then still below them? Afterall, its all about team work rite? =)
